Delivery rates
After order confirmation, SARL Génot undertakes to deliver to its customer all the references ordered by the buyer within a maximum period of 72 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
The carrier undertakes by contract with SARL Génot to deliver the order to the buyer’s address provided by SARL Génot.
All orders placed with SARL Génot are intended for the personal use of customers. Customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products.
Delivery will be made by UPS in Metropolitan France. Delivery is made within the time slot planned with the customer by direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient, or in the event of absence, to another person authorized by the customer.
Deliveries to EEC countries are made by UPS, for deliveries outside the EEC deliveries are made by UPS.
The seller is relieved of his obligation to respect delivery times in the event of force majeure. In the event of a missing or damaged product, any reservations should be made with the carrier within 10 days and the seller should be notified.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wants two separate delivery locations, he places two orders, with the associated delivery costs.
