The Macaron des Sœurs is distinguished by its regular cracks, its unique taste of toasted almonds and its slightly meringue texture.

Nancy’s macarons are gourmet pastries to eat in all seasons, at any time of the day and for all occasions: lunches, snacks or desserts. As a daily pleasure, during a meal with family or friends, they will delight everyone’s taste buds.

Storage: at the bottom of the refrigerator, 10 to 15 days. Take them out about 2 to 3 hours before tasting.

In bags: they can be kept for 1 month at the bottom of the refrigerator. Open the bag approximately 1 to 2 days before tasting.

Due to its exclusively natural composition, the macaron is a good climatic indicator. For good reason, when the weather is humid, the macaroon is soft. Conversely, when the weather is dry, in the absence of artificial preservative, the macaron dries and becomes harder. In this case, all you need to do is create humidity by steaming the macaron plate (paper side) for a few minutes (turned off). You can also place your macaron above your cup of hot drink (coffee, tea, chocolate) for a few minutes or put it in the microwave for a few seconds so that it regains all its natural softness.
